About The Programme
This 3-month programme not only provides an introduction to understanding the knowledge and the theory behind Agile and Prince2 Project Management but also allows you to be able to apply the theory into practice. This is initially taught over our Online Campus, which is a series of scenario-based tasks along with audio instruction. Upon completion of the theory, you will be placed on to a 3 month LIVE Project. By the end of the 4 months, you will be competent and able to apply for PMO, Project Management, Agile Project Manager, Agile Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Manager Roles.
What Happens On the Completion Of This Theory?
You have the option to opt-in on a 3-month part-time internship on a LIVE project, to take place on weekends, where you are able to put the theory into practice and will be working as a project manager. This will be conducted over WebEx and Teleconferencing and managed over our BaseCamp portal. We will also provide you with full CV, Linkedin and Interview support upon completion of the programme for delegates who are new to Project Management.
There are no pre-requisites required for this Programme and for the Project Management Qualifications.

3 MONTH INTERNSHIP PROJECT TASKS:
TASK 1 – PROJECT INITIATION/BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT
No programme of work can be completed without funding! A project manager is often brought early on in a project to assist a project manager with drafting a business case/project initiation document. You will work hand-in-hand with your project manager and other project managers to draft the scope of the work to be completed within the 3 month period. Your PM will guide you in the dos and don’ts in business case development to ensure sign-off from the programme sponsor.
TASK 2 – CREATING A PROJECT INITIATION DOCUMENT
Once the initial business case, you’ll be required to write up a Project Initiation Document. (PID) The PID is a critical document in the life cycle of a project. It articulates the critical success factors for the project to achieve a tangible value-add for the business.
TASK 3 – CREATING A PROJECT PLAN
No project can successfully be delivered without having a plan in place. In the third part of the programme, you will learn to write up a project plan from scratch. The plan will then be used by other stakeholders on the project to track against key milestones on the project.
TASK 4 – CREATING COMMUNICATION PLAN
Before a new product or system goes live, you will need to have a comms plan in place, to ensure both employees and customers are aware of your launch date. Working with your senior stakeholders, you’ll create a comms plan on how to tackle email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc communications
TASK 5 – BENEFITS REALISATION
Towards the end of any project, you will need to complete a benefits realization document. This allows your business owners to have an understanding of what value was added to the company during the project.
TASK 6 – POST IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW
In the final part of the project, you will be required to document any lessons learned during the project. This is a vital technique employed by project managers to ensure future projects benefit from continuous improvement.
